BRIER

Found in mountains along the Mediterranean coast at an altitude of between 500-1000 meters. Known for its beautiful grain, briers are used mainly to make smoking pipes. It is sometimes called a "wooden jewel".

OAK 

Highly fire resistant. When dried over time, oak can be very durable.

WALNUT

Excellent impact resistance and durability. Known for its solid color and grain, this is a favorite material for furniture and musical instruments.

MAPLE 

Maple is solid but also fine piece of wood. It is a familiar material used for furniture and building materials.

STEER HIDE

It is thick and durable. The mesh finish provides a firm grip.

CANVAS MICARTA 

Popular material used for insulation and knife handles. Strong resistance to water and heat. Superior grip comes from fine bumps of the surface.

CARBON

Combines light weight and durability. One-fourth the weight of steel, 10 times the strength/weight ratio, and 7 times the elasticity.

EXTRA SUPER DURALUMIN

Aluminum-based alloy that offers both light weight and durability. It was invented in Japan primarily for use in aircrafts and continues to be an irreplaceable material for industrial products.
