For repairs, please contact us from Contact Us on the website. Repairs will be chargeable, so we will notify you of an estimate and delivery date. Depending on the condition, it may be impossible to repair, so we may consult with you after seeing the actual item. We will prepare a box for shipping if necessary, but the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us.
Please note that the ferrule rubber parts can be replaced by yourself if they wear out, so please order them from this site.
